Sport Specific Training?

Give us any athlete of any sport & 90% of the training process will be the same.

In the below video, we have D1 commits and then athletes just looking to play varsity all on similar programs and all progressing.

All athletes will warm up, sprint, jump, land, strength train, train for power & condition.

Sure-there’s slight differences and sport specific MODIFICATIONS which we can modify for, but that happens mostly on the field and in our higher level professional groups where athletes are with us with 10+ weeks at once and training for a specific time to leave (ex. Pro/College Hockey)

In our setting, every athlete is screened and based off of their screen and sport, we are able to make slight variations to the program.

A Baseball pitcher and football lineman will both press.

The difference?

The Lineman will bench.

The Pitcher might use Dumbbells.

The weight room is NOT meant to mimic what happens in sport.

Thats why your child plays sports and you pay coaches for.

The weight room is to build the most robust and athletic athlete possible.

Don't over think it
